When You Can Get a Refund

Changed your mind? No problem! You are eligible for a full, no-questions-asked refund within 7 days of your purchase—as long as you have not spent more than 20% of your purchased ad credits or activated premium advertiser perks.

When Refunds Are Not Possible

Once you allocate your ad credits to launch a video campaign, our network members immediately begin viewing your promoted content. Because we cannot reverse the traffic routing or retract earned loyalty points from audience members, we cannot offer refunds for ad credits that have already been distributed into the ecosystem.

How to Request Your Refund

Need a refund for unspent ad credits? Just head over to our Contact Page or send us an email. Make sure to include your Transaction ID, and our billing team will process it within 24 to 48 hours.
