By accessing and establishing an account with CreatorAds ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this advertising network agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these protocols, you are not authorized to use the platform as a media buyer or an audience member.
We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy against ad fraud. You agree not to use automated software, proxies, click-bots, or scripts to simulate views or artificially farm loyalty points. Our session monitoring actively verifies audience engagement; accounts found violating this protocol will be permanently severed from the network without refund.
To protect our audience and ensure a brand-safe environment, media buyers may not launch campaigns promoting violence, hate speech, illegal acts, or explicit material. We reserve the right to audit, suspend, or permanently terminate any video ad campaign that violates these corporate safety standards.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we guarantee the delivery of promoted content to verified network sessions, we do not guarantee specific consumer actions, conversion rates, or external sales outcomes, as consumer behavior is outside our platform's control.
